Renney & Co is a friendly, Bath based, law firm specialising in employment law, with a growing practice advising and helping directors and business owners to understand and meet their various legal obligations. We recognise the importance of relationships and are firmly committed to providing an excellent service, with practical and effective solutions at an affordable price.  We enjoy a strong rapport with our clients, and will go the extra mile to achieve the result they want.

The firm’s Principal, Jennifer Renney, has practised in the West Country since completing her Law Society Finals at Northumbria University and qualifying as a Solicitor in 1986 at commercial law firm Bond Pearce Solicitors.  She was a partner in the well established Bristol law firm Glynn’s, insurance and employers’ liability experts, before setting up her own specialist employment law practise in 2006. She is a member of the Law Society, the Employment Lawyers’ Association, and an experienced negotiator.

The firm acts for clients throughout the South West including Bath, Bristol, Keynsham, Trowbridge, Frome, Bradford-on Avon, Devizes, Chippenham, Calne, Swindon, Chipping Sodbury, Yate and Basingstoke.

Renney & Co is committed to supporting local charities, whether through sponsorship of events or via fundraising initiatives.  This year we helped raise funds for Robin Hood Ministries Charity, Friends of Young Carers, and the Bath RUH NICU “Space to Grow” appeal.
